Divisions

Lower Division
11u - 14u

The Lower Division develops smart, skilled, disciplined and fundamentally sound players, emphasizing not just how to play, but why the game is played the way it is. Practices focus on strong mechanics, baseball IQ and accountability, helping athletes build habits that will serve them on and off the field.

At the heart of the program is a genuine love for the game. Players are encouraged to compete with passion, commit to steady growth and take pride in the process. High standards are set for individual effort and team culture, creating an environment where players push themselves and support one another. Every practice, every inning and every play is an opportunity to deepen their connection to the game and grow as teammates.

The club competes in tournaments throughout the year to challenge players and accelerate development through real-game experience. These competitive opportunities help the team evolve, test their preparation and learn how to handle both success and adversity. At the 12u level, players also have the opportunity to travel to Cooperstown, an unforgettable experience that celebrates the tradition of baseball.

Upper Division
16u - 18u

The Upper Division program is designed for athletes prepared to compete at an advanced and rigorous level, with the opportunity to face regional and national competition.

Players compete in tournaments against premier programs, preparing for the speed, pressure and consistency expected at the collegiate level. Participating in tournaments hosted by V Tool and Perfect Game can provide players exposure to college coaches and recruiters actively evaluating talent.

Training takes place in an environment that mirrors the structure, expectations and daily standards of the next level. Varsity-level training emphasizes arm care, skill development, strength and conditioning habits. Players are held to high standards of accountability and discipline to ensure they are physically prepared to transition successfully to collegiate baseball.

Beyond physical development, the focus extends to the mental and strategic side of the game. Players develop a high baseball IQ, learning to anticipate situations, understand counts and defensive positioning and make instinctive, winning decisions. Players receive guidance on navigating the college recruiting process, including communication strategies, academic requirements, timelines and the expectations of collegiate programs both on and off the field.
